How Legacy Structures a Case

To be transparent about roles and authority, we describe the team by function rather than list unverifiable names. Additional current biographies are being updated on this page.

Licensed Representative
Authorized to practice before the IRS (CPA, EA, or Attorney). Signs the Power of Attorney and communicates with the agency on your behalf.
Case Manager
Owns your file day-to-day. Coordinates documents, deadlines, and the internal team. Not authorized to represent you before the IRS.
Analyst
Prepares the Tax Account Analysis: transcripts, filing compliance, assessments, collection status, and options.
Client Services
Onboarding, scheduling, portal access, and status communications.
Important. Not every staff member is authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS. Legacy clearly distinguishes licensed professionals from case managers, analysts, and client-service staff on every engagement.
Final Step

You Need More Than a Promise. You Need a Plan of Action.

Start with a disciplined review of your tax account. We will explain what you're facing, what options realistically apply, and what a defensible strategy looks like.
